No. Anyone is welcome to drop their computers off at anytime!
It varies. Computers are serviced in the order the come in. That being said, the wait time can vary depending on the current amount of computers in line. A technician can give you their best guess at the time that you drop your computer off, however there are no guarentees.
If you wish, there is a $50 optional charge to put you in the front of the line for rush service.
Yes! Many factors can affect the build time of a newly ordered PC. Under normal circumstances parts will need to be ordered to satisfy the work order, and they may take a few days to ship. Sometimes when trying to get specific parts for a custom PC a part may be on backorder, which can delay the build. After getting the parts we like to take pride in putting the parts together and make sure thinks work right and the system is stable.
Generally orders for replacement parts that we do not keep in stock will need to be paid for in full before we place the order. For computers and full systems we require a 50% deposit before needed parts will be ordered.
Yes! If you have an old PC and are thinking about getting a new one we may be able to use some of the parts from the old system to help save you money. Also if you have other parts you would like to use in the new system just let us know. We will be glad to help you get the system you need at the price you want.
On a limited basis. We will service minimal hardware issues on them, typically ones made after 2006, and ones that are running intel technology. Call for more information, or to see if your MAC computer could be looked at by us.
The easiest way for us to tell if your broken power port is repairable, is to simply stop in with it and have us take a look at it. We can fix it or replace it in most cases.
Absolutely! We will do our best to remove any and all spyware & virus's. This may require and wipe and reload.
This involves completely wiping your system of all of its software. If you have data that you don't want to lose, we can back that up during the proccess. It is important to note that programs will have to be reinstalled. This includes most games, office suites, applications, and drivers. If you wish, you can bring in any programs and drivers that you have, and we will re-install them. Additionally, we will load our security and computer clean-up utilities onto the new reload.
Its good to get into a good habit of making sure your virus protection and other simular tools are updated on a weekly basis. Some have automatic updating, but it's always good to double check.
