Many factors can affect the build time of a newly ordered PC.  Under normal circumstances parts will need to be ordered to satisfy the work order, and they may take a few days to ship.  Sometimes when trying to get specific parts for a custom PC a part may be on backorder, which can delay the build.   After getting the parts we like to take pride in putting the parts together and make sure thinks work right and the system is stable.
